EDesignC believes that servicing public agencies is the best way to serve the community at large. The firm has provided services to dozens of public agencies in Northern California including cities and counties, community and housing development agencies, essential services, and public educational districts. We have been awarded nearly two dozen contracts on an on-call/as-needed basis.
With the passing of General Obligation Bond ESER Bond 1 in June 2010, $412.3M was allocated for an earthquake safety and emergency response program on a number of city buildings. Fire Station No. 5 was originally built in 1956, with interior and ADA improvements in 1993, was now in need of seismic improvements and comprehensive updates to ensure the Fire Station’s functionality for the next 15 years.
