Our team members share a passion for the development of affordable housing, and EDesignC considers this to be a major motivating factor for design services. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to the future of Northern California by providing adequate and accessible living opportunities for all Californians. Partnering with agencies at the forefront of the movement, EDesignC provides design services for multi-residential and mixed-use projects, with emphasis on residential communities for families, senior living, veterans, special needs supportive housing and transitional housing for those that have formerly lived unsheltered.
EDesignC provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Low Voltage design services for the construction of a new residential property on the former home of historical bakery in the Mission District. The goal of the project was to develop a single location that would address a combination of community needs, such as family-oriented, affordable residential homes, affordable arts space, and cultural preservation.
