With over 20 years working across government, non-profit, and private sectors, I have a long and storied history as an Operations/Program Manager. I’m passionate about managing and coordinating people, events, and projects of all shapes and sizes. My experience includes cultivating relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and community members. I have a collaborative approach, clear communication, and a strong orientation towards process. These skills and traits have allowed me to effectively maintain data tracking and input, craft compelling reports and presentations, and create informative, engaging process documentation. Beyond these hard skills, I possess several intangible traits that have served me well. I’m an adaptive, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic. When working with others, I always strive to embody professionalism, a desire to continuously improve myself, and a natural ability to make others feel comfortable and valued.
